Oscar Bockstart

Oscar Bockstart has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sensys Gatso Group since June 2016. In this role, Oscar is responsible for maintaining and developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, staff development, talent management, succession planning, central HR administration, and health and safety management. Prior to this position, Oscar worked as a Human Resource Officer at Sensys Gatso Netherlands BV from June 2006 to May 2016, where similar responsibilities were held. Earlier experience includes a sales role at Paradigit Computers from 2003 to 2006. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with a focus on Personnel and Labor from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
