Busra Ecem Sakar Gunaydin has been in the workforce since 2014. Busra Ecem began their career as a Trainee Analyst at Ege Üniversitesi. Busra Ecem then moved on to Adeka İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as a CRM Assistant Specialist in 2014. In 2016, they joined Akbank as a Campaign Manager. In 2018, they became an Operations Analyst at ZypMedia, Inc. and in 2020, they began working as a Business Operations and Data Analyst at Mall IQ, Inc.

Busra Ecem Sakar Gunaydin is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Big Data and Data Science Technology at Northumbria University.
