Justyna Wojewoda-Chakraborty began their work experience in 2007 as a Sales Manager at ecSoftware, where they provided internet-based solutions to European companies. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at Euro RSCG 4D Prague / Arnold Worldwide, where they developed brand communication strategies and integrated promotional campaigns for Jack Daniel's Greater Europe and Africa. In 2011, they joined eBay, initially working as the EU Marketing Planner for Relationship Marketing & Loyalty, and later taking on roles such as EU Retail Marketing Manager and Sr. Manager Marketing Innovation EU. During their time at eBay, they established project management processes, led integrated multi-channel campaigns, managed creative and media agencies, and implemented resource planning processes. In 2019, they joined ETH Student Project House as the Marketing and Communication Lead, and later became the Head Of Customer Experience. In 2023, they joined Mammut Sports Group AG as the Head of Integrated Marketing.

Justyna Wojewoda-Chakraborty obtained their MA degree in Marketing and Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
