Ritu Arora

RITU ARORA is currently the Head of HR COE at Mancer Consulting Services since November 2014. Previously, RITU worked as a Manager HR at GENPACT from 2001 to 2004, reporting to AVP - ERC (process) and overseeing HR activities for 800+ employees. RITU also held the position of Assistant Manager HR at JETAIR PVT LTD from 1999 to 2001, managing key HR activities for over 150 employees. With a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from FORE School of Management, and additional education from Harvard Business School, RITU has a strong background in HR and leadership development.
