Dawn Owen

Dawn Owen is the current Director of Talent at Mangata Networks. Prior to this, they were the Head of Resourcing at Avanti Communications Group plc from January 2020 to July 2022. During their time at Avanti, Dawn was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring for a multi-cultural workforce. Dawn also developed and implemented a selection and assessment process, built and maintained a pipeline of candidates, and owned and managed the furlough process. In addition, Dawn implemented, owned, and managed the Outplacement and virtual Onboarding programs.

From October 2019 to December 2019, Dawn was the Director of Executive Recruitment at Revolut. Prior to Revolut, they were the Executive Talent and Succession Senior Manager - Commercial Banking build at TSB Bank from October 2017 to September 2019. During their time at TSB Bank, Dawn was responsible for recruitment projects as well as leading the Technology & Operations Resourcing team at Barclays from September 2016 to October 2017.

Owen attended Riebeek College, a high school in South Africa.
