Shahzad Chaudhry

Shahzad Chaudhry has extensive experience in customer experience, digital solutions, and analytics. Shahzad currently works at Manitoba Hydro as the Director of Customer Experience, where they lead agile teams in building customer-centric digital solutions, simplifying complex customer journeys, and implementing business unit performance management. Shahzad also focuses on culture change and change management, customer research and marketing strategy, and enterprise data and analytics. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director at Bond Brand Loyalty, leading digital transformation initiatives for clients in various sectors. Shahzad also held leadership roles at Pakistan International Airlines, Etihad Airways, Bell Aliant, Maritz, Virgin Mobile UK, and TELUS Communications, where they played key roles in revenue growth, customer experience strategy, product management, and business intelligence and marketing.

Shahzad Chaudhry holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) in Marketing from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Shahzad also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Information Systems from Concordia University. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance at Mount Allison University. In terms of certifications, Shahzad has completed various courses, such as Explore SAP Customer Data Cloud Essentials, Google Project Management Certificate, SAP Business Technology Platform BTP, SAP Customer Data Cloud Essentials, and Understanding Enterprise Systems Environment, among others. Shahzad is also a CXPA Professional Member and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional.
