Stacy Beane has extensive experience in project management and product leadership. Stacy currently serves as a Commercialization Project Manager at Compana Pet Brands, where they oversee innovation, renovation, and transition projects. In this role, Stacy ensures projects are completed within scope and adhering to budget. Stacy creates clear communication among cross-functional team members and leads regular project meetings.

Previously, Stacy worked at Cosmos Corporation, where they held multiple roles. As a Product Lead in Personal Care & Special Programs, they strengthened 13 brands and implemented initiatives that increased market position and customer satisfaction. Stacy also served as a Category Lead and Product Manager, where they led a team of 5 product and brand managers. Stacy developed a growth-driven category strategy plan and managed necessary changes to maintain profitability and meet company goals. Additionally, Stacy worked on rebranding and launching three new product lines in the Cleaning Category. Stacy created product plans, aligned internal teams, conducted financial analysis, and served as the initial point of contact for potential projects.

Before joining Cosmos Corporation, Stacy worked at LSC Communications as a Senior Product Manager for ten years.

Stacy Beane, MBA, MA, has an extensive education history. In 2000, they enrolled at Lindenwood University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2004, alongside a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in English at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. In 2012, Stacy furthered their education by attending Lindenwood University and graduating with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business in 2013. With a diverse educational background in English, Psychology, and Business, Stacy is well-equipped with a broad range of knowledge and skills.
