Pragya Pandit

Pragya Pandit has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Pragya started their career at Indian Railways as the Chief of Staff for the CEO of Eastern Railways. Pragya then worked as a Solution Architect at Capgemini before joining Avaya's Management Leadership Development Program. Pragya went on to work at Booz and Company as a Lead Associate in Operations. Pragya later became the Executive Director of Global Operations and Sourcing at NCR Corporation. Currently, Pragya holds the position of Vice President of North America Sourcing at Manulife.

Pragya Pandit's education history begins with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, where they studied Electronics and Telecommunication. Pragya then pursued further education at Indira Gandhi National Open University, earning a Master of Computer Applications degree as well as a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree. Later, Pragya went on to complete an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, from 2005 to 2007. Most recently, from 2016 to 2019, Pragya attended Columbia University for Executive Education, specializing in Strategy, Leadership, and Negotiations.
