Sonya Agnew

Sonya Agnew is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at MaREI, focusing on coastal management and planning within the Coastal and Marine Governance group. Previously, Sonya worked as a Work Package Lead/Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Ecostructure, researching eco-engineering solutions for coastal adaptation to climate change. Sonya holds a PhD in Unearthing the spaces of urban community gardens, an MSc in Environmental Policy, and a BA (Hons) in German & Geography from University College Dublin and University College Cork.
