Jes Frost Vandkrog

Jes Frost Vandkrog has accumulated a strong background in logistics and transportation throughout their career. Jes Frost currently holds the position of Director Global Logistics at Marel since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Logistics & Transportation Director at the same company from August 2020 to April 2021. Jes also worked as the Global Transport & Distribution Manager at FOSS from May 2017 to August 2020, and as the Transportation Development Manager at Nilfisk A/S from June 2011 to April 2017. Before transitioning into the logistics field, Jes served as a Sergent in the Danish Defense forces from August 2000 to May 2002. Early in their career, they gained experience in forwarding and shipping as a Trainee at H.P. Therkelsen A/S from July 2002 to June 2004, where they specialized in domestic and European food distribution, transport planning, and customs clearance processes. At H.P. Therkelsen A/S, Jes also held various managerial roles, including Operation Manager / Logistics Manager, Head of Trucking department, and Coordinator of trucking.

Jes Frost Vandkrog has a diverse education history. Jes Frost obtained a Diploma Degree in Leadership and Management (Bachelor) from Copenhagen Business Academy between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they acquired a basic understanding of Project Management from TietgenSkolen in 2009. In 2007 to 2008, they completed Fundamental Management Training at Business College Syd. Jes Frost holds an Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Business with a focus on International transport & logistics from Netbaseret AkademiUddannelse, which they earned from 2005 to 2008. Jes also studied as a Specialized Clerical worker specializing in International Transport and Shipping at Aabenraa Business College from 2002 to 2004. In 2001, they obtained their Sergent degree in Leadership from Hærens Logistikskole. Jes Frost Vandkrog began their educational journey by completing a Higher commercial examination (HHX) at EUC Nord from 1997 to 2000.
