Sharon Strauss

Sharon Strauss has a wealth of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Sharon has worked as the Chief People Officer at Marigold since 2018 and previously held the same role at GetWellNetwork from 2013 to 2018. In 2017, they worked as an Advisor at Emma, Inc. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Executive at Dunkin' Brands in 2011 and Head of Human Resources at OPOWER from 2010 to 2011. Sharon also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Tiffany from 2002 to 2007 and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Marsh in 2002. Sharon started their career at Citigroup in 1995, where they held various HR roles and was rapidly promoted. Sharon has a solid foundation in HR, including training through General Electric's HR Management Program and experience as a Strategic Growth Partner at D.E. Shaw & Co.
