Nikos Fritzalas has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Nikos worked as a Store Manager in a Food and Beverages Store, where they successfully increased sales and repeat customers, resulting in a revenue increase of approximately 30%. Nikos also demonstrated their expertise in data analytics by using Regression Analysis for Price Optimization, leading to a revenue boost of around 25%.

In 2017, Nikos joined GEA Westfalia Separator as a Customer Relations & Market Research professional. Nikos excelled in customer relations and sales by expanding the customer base, improving retention rates, and increasing revenue. Additionally, they conducted market research activities such as customer satisfaction surveys, conjoint analysis, and competitor analysis. Nikos took the initiative to calculate Customer Lifetime Value and segment the customer base.

From 2019 to 2022, Nikos worked as a self-employed Statistical Analysis & Research Consultant.

Nikos Fritzalas obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations and Development from Democritus University of Thrace from 2005 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Management Development from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, they enrolled in the University of Nicosia and completed a Master's degree in Data Science from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including R Programming: Advanced Analytics In R For Data Science from Udemy in December 2022, NVIDIA DLI Certificate – Fundamentals of Deep Learning from NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute in June 2021, and Insights from Data with BigQuery from Google in May 2021, among others.
