Peter Germonpre

Peter Germonpre has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Peter began their career as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Mergermarket/dealReporter in London in 2002. Peter then worked as an Investment Professional at Silver Point Capital from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they joined Sandell Asset Management as an Investment Professional in an Event Driven Hedge Fund. In 2010, they became a Senior Investment Professional at Burren Capital Advisors Ltd. Peter then worked as a Vice President at Halcyon Asset Management UK from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they serve as the Global Head Special Situations at MARKET SECURITIES LLP.

Peter Germonpre completed their Master Commercial Engineering (Handelsingenieur) from KU Leuven in the years 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued an MSc in Finance and Accounting from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2000 to 2001, focusing on Finance, Accounting, Law, and Taxation.
