Stephanie Kargel

Stephanie Kargel has extensive experience in business development and employee success, currently serving as Director of Growth and Director of Employee Success at MarketLauncher, Inc. since September 2003. Kargel has held various roles, including Hiring Manager and Business Development Specialist, focusing on providing expertise to professional service and technology solutions clients, along with internal staffing. Prior experience includes serving as Area Manager and Branch Manager at Robert Half, where management of multiple branches and the opening of new locations were key responsibilities. Kargel started a career in accountancy as a Staff Auditor at Deloitte Accountancy from 1989 to 1992. Kargel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Arkansas.
