Charlie Neil has a diverse work experience in the field of market insights and client management. In 2016, they started working at Aimia Inc as a Partner Executive, where they stayed until January 2018. Following that, they joined Kantar as a Client Manager in January 2018 and continued until April 2021. In May 2021, Charlie Neil joined Marley Spoon as a Global Market Insights Manager and later took on the role of Customer Insights Manager as well in March 2022.

Charlie Neil attended Godalming College from 2009 to 2011. After completing their studies there, they enrolled at the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2014, earning a degree in History.
