Tom McCammon

Tom McCammon has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Tom most recently served as the Vice President of Credit at Marlin Capital Solutions starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Credit Operations at ApplePie Capital from December 2018 to July 2020. Tom also worked as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Breakout Capital, LLC from July 2017 to December 2018. Before these roles, Tom had a long tenure at OnDeck, where they held various positions such as Director of Portfolio Management, Director of Credit Operations, and Senior Manager in Credit Operations and Credit Development. Prior to their time at OnDeck, they worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a Project Manager and at MainStreet Bank and Sandy Spring Bank as a Commercial Lender.

Tom McCammon completed the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management from 2005 to 2007, earning a Certificate in Bank Management. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they attended Radford University, where they studied Managerial Economics. In addition, Tom McCammon obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in an unspecified year.
