Johanna Soto

Johanna (Jo) Soto is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since 2019, Soto has previously held leadership roles such as President of JMS HR Consulting, LLC, and Vice President of Corporate Services at Joseph Cory Holdings, LLC, which was acquired by JB Hunt. Soto’s expertise includes HR strategy, process improvement, and talent management, along with significant experience in employee relations, performance management, and union relations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
