Brad Geiger

Brad Geiger, MBA, SPHR has over 25 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Brad started their career as an Assistant Manager at The Wall Music, Inc, where they were responsible for managing employees and inventory. Brad then worked as an Assistant Production Engineer at Contech, where they handled production schedules and employee concerns.

Brad later joined Kutztown University as a Graduate Assistant, overseeing the operations of the College of Business computer labs. Brad then moved on to Virginia Tech, where they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

In 2002, Brad became a Special Assistant Professor of Management at Hofstra University. Brad then joined York College of Pennsylvania, first as an Assistant Professor of Management and later as the Management Program Coordinator.

In 2008, Brad joined Capital Associated Industries, Inc. (CAI) as a Senior Learning and Development Partner. In this role, they partnered with various organizations to design and deliver customized training programs. Brad also provided individual consultations for managers and supervisors.

Brad's next role was at Martin Marietta, where they served as the Learning & Development (Training & Development) Manager. Brad was responsible for establishing a curriculum for Martin Marietta University and delivering training programs for employees at all levels.

Currently, Brad works at Martin Marietta as the Head of Talent Development. In this role, they design leadership programs, manages the performance appraisal process, and oversees talent management programs.

Brad Geiger has an extensive education history.
