Pooya Azar

Pooya Azar has extensive work experience in the construction industry. They started their career as a Project Engineer at Bohler Engineering in 2007 and then worked as a Project Engineer at Virginia Tech in 2008. In 2009, they joined Martins Construction Corp. as a Project Engineer before being promoted to various roles within the company. They served as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2014, Director of Operations from 2015 to 2019, Vice President from 2019 to 2022, and are currently the Chief Operating Officer since May 2022.

Pooya Azar completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2008. Later, Pooya pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2009.
