Erika Barr has over three decades of experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the IT Regional Business Director for Latin America at Mary Kay Global since October 2004. Erika leads IT teams across multiple LATAM markets, leveraging a strategic mindset to support independent beauty consultants with innovative tools. Prior roles include Senior Project Leader at Mary Kay Global, where Erika managed teams in business intelligence and data warehousing, JDE Consultant at Alcon, and Technical Client Manager at JD Edwards ERP. Erika's career also includes significant positions at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities spanned managing IT teams and implementing business intelligence solutions across various regions. Erika holds a Master of Technology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Applied Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
