Le Thi Hong Anh

Le Thi Hong Anh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Le Thi Hong is currently the Leadership and Talent Development Director at MASAN Group, where they oversee the integrated consumer ecosystem. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Human Resources for Vietnam and Cambodia at Sanofi, where they provided HR advisory and partnership to internal client groups. Before that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Novartis, where they successfully built a high-performing P&O team. Le Thi Hong also gained experience in HR management at Avery Dennison and Johnson & Johnson Vietnam. Additionally, they worked at Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) and Unilever in various HR roles. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Supervising Audit Senior at Grant Thornton LLP and as a Senior Auditor at PwC, where they handled auditing and consulting assignments for international and local companies.

Le Thi Hong Anh earned a 4th year certificate in Commercial Law from the University of Law from 1995 to 1999. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financing and Accounting, specializing in Accounting and Auditing, from Van Lang University.
