Marc Roos

Marc Roos is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Masan High-Tech Materials, leading various HR initiatives for the company's international expansion. Prior to this, Marc has held HR roles in companies such as Weir Oil and Gas, Emirates Guinea Aluminium, and Kinross Gold Corporation, showcasing their extensive experience in HR consultancy, regional HR management, and workforce planning. Marc also has a strong educational background with a PhD in Molecular Neuroembryology from ETH Zürich and a Master's degree in Molecular Embryology from The University of Auckland.
