Oksana Petrenko

Oksana Petrenko has a diverse work experience. Oksana has held various roles in different companies since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at ANCOR as a Company Secretary, where their responsibilities included assisting the General Manager or Top Managers if required, systematizing the documentation of various departments of the company, and conducting document flow of the company. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at UniCredit as a Personal Assistant to the Head of Retail Division, Member of Board, where their responsibilities included arranging travel, visas and accommodation, devising and maintaining office systems, screening phone calls and enquiries, dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, organizing and maintaining diaries, and preparing orders and office memos. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Ciklum as a People Partner. From 2020 to present, they have been working at Master Of Code Global as Head of People Operations and HR People Partner, and at MMD Smart as an HR People Partner.

Oksana Petrenko obtained their Master of Philology in Foreign Languages, Literature, and Linguistics from the Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University at Cherkassy between 2006 and 2012.
