Darek Lenart

Darek Lenart has over two decades of experience in human resources, specializing in organizational development and employee engagement. Darek is currently the EVP of People & Capability for North America Markets and Strategic Growth at Mastercard.

Lenart began their career in human resources at PLIVA in 1999, where they served as Human Resources Director for five years. Darek then moved to PepsiAmericas, where they were a Board Member and Human Resources Director for Poland. In 2008, they joined PepsiCo as Human Resources Director for Operations West Europe, where they oversaw the company's manufacturing, supply chain, and technical services across Holland, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, and the Nordics.

At PepsiCo, Lenart was responsible for developing and executing the company's human resources strategy, as well as leading its employee engagement agenda. Darek also created a framework for performance and Lean Six Sigma programs that helped the company improve its operations. In their current role at Mastercard, Lenart is responsible for leading the company's HR agenda and overseeing its North American markets.

Darek Lenart's educational career includes a Master's degree in International Business & Politics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, as well as a Post Graduate Leadership Programme from IEDC - Bled School of Management.
