Jeffery Smith

Jeffery Smith's work experience begins in 1996 at P&G, where they held various roles, including HR Associate Director for Global Diversity & Inclusion and Sr. HR Manager for Global Health Care. Jeffery was responsible for developing organization strategies, improving retention rates, facilitating organization design teams, and managing employee relations cases.

In 2012, Smith transitioned to Springboard Consulting LLC as a Senior Director, and later that year, they also took on the role of VP of Operations / Executive Director at Diversity Best Practices.

Starting from 2014, Smith worked as a Senior Consultant at Greatheart Consulting and Jennifer Brown Consulting, where they provided expert guidance and support in the area of diversity and inclusion.

In 2020, Smith became a Senior Director at Diversity Best Practices before joining MasterClass in 2021 as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.

Jeffery Smith attended Drake University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, in April 2013, they obtained the Intercultural Development Inventory, Qualified Administrator certification from IDI, LLC.
