Joe Soldano

Joe Soldano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joe is currently the Vice President of Operations at Mativ since March 2023. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Levolor. Joe was the General Manager at Husqvarna Group from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held various roles at Newell Brands from 2003 to 2017, including Sr. Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Plant Manager. Joe also worked at Newell Rubbermaid from 1997 to 2002, serving as a Quality Manager and Quality Engineer. Joe started their career at BTR AVS and Clevite Elastomers as a Quality Engineer from 1993 to 1997.

Joe Soldano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Manufacturing Management from Malone University in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Technology from The University of Akron between 1984 and 1987. Joe completed their high school education at Bellevue High School from 1980 to 1984.
