Andrew Chan

Andrew Chan has a diverse work experience in the field of water resources engineering. Andrew has worked at Matrix Solutions Inc. since 2017, starting as a Senior Engineer and later becoming the Principal Water Resources Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Canadian Water Resources Association, holding various leadership roles including President and Director of the Alberta Branch. Before that, they were an Associate and Senior Water Resources Engineer at Dillon Consulting Limited for 11 years. Andrew started their career as a Staff Water Resources Engineer at AMEC in 1998.

Andrew Chan completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Andrew then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
