Jithu Nair

Jithu Nair has a strong background in data analysis and software engineering. Jithu is currently working as a Lead Data Analyst at Matter, where they are responsible for working with data from internal social media and marketing campaigns, building KPI-focused dashboards for stakeholders, and hiring and training new team members. Previously, Jithu worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Merkle, where they focused on healthcare and BFSI data, creating visually informative dashboards, and ensuring data quality using BigQuery and Python. Before that, they held roles as an Assistant Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Cozentus and as a Junior Data Scientist at SG Analytics. Jithu began their career as a research intern at Aditya Birla Group.
