Albiona Hoti has seven years of work experience, beginning in 2016 as an IT Intern at Innovation Centre Kosovo. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at Instaffo, where they were a Full-Stack Developer using Ruby on Rails and ReactJs. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer and Junior Software Engineer at BotSupply, where they worked on their thesis project "NLP in Albanian Language" and built API's that extract meaning from text. In 2020, they were a Developer Relations Engineer at Webiny. In 2021, they joined Manta Network as a Full-stack Developer and DevRel, responsible for building out the tooling for the community side and leading the Ambassador Program. Finally, in 2022, they became a Developer Advocacy Manager at Matter Labs. Additionally, from 2019 to 2021, they were a Content Creator at Albicodes L.L.C., where they created an audience of ~60,000 followers across YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. Her main content themes were Software, Routine, Self Discipline, and Technology.

Albiona Hoti has an education history that spans from 2011 to 2020. From 2011 to 2014, they attended "Gjon Buzuku" Gymnasium, focusing on Nature Science. From 2014 to 2019, they attended University of Prizren "Ukshin Hoti" and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Design.
