Raluca Cernica

Raluca CERNICA is a Facility & HR Specialist at Mavenir since November 2023, serving as a local contact for HR and Facility Management while managing contracts with third-party services. Previously, Raluca held the position of Human Resources Manager at First Class Telecom International&Asgo Telecom from November 2005 to February 2023, where responsibilities included defining and implementing administrative processes to enhance HR performance and overseeing HR activities in a professional environment. Early in the career, Raluca worked as a Manager Assistant at ASGO TELECOM - RADCOM, managing the daily agenda of the Managing Director and translating documents. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Communication and Human Resources Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) and a Bachelor's degree in History-Philosophy from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați, along with various certifications in mental health facilitation and training.
