Mr. Sombat Jivariyavej, currently holding office Managing Director Head of the Bond Department by working with the Company since 2018 to be a leader in business penetration in both the primary market and the secondary market To support Thai business customers and foreign business groups who want to raise money from the bond market To increase investment options for the investor base of both institutional and individual investors of the Company including the Maybank group.

Sombat used to hold the position of Head of the Fixed Income Department in Thailand. and has successfully initiated and expanded business for leading financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Nomura, KT Zmico and HSBC from 2009 to 2018 and before that he was a Treasury Product Specialist and a derivatives trader. credit to Siam Commercial Bank from 2006 to 2009. He also has a total of 8 years of experience working with international credit rating agency Moody's Investors Service in Structured Finance teams in New York, London and Hong Kong.

Qualifications He holds an MBA from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College in New York and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. from Thammasat University and through training courses for executives Masters in Mergers and Acquisitions from the Booth School of Business, the University of Chicago and Private Equity from Said Business School, the University of Oxford.
