David Chaiken is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Mazzone Hospitality, LLC since 2014. Previously, David held positions as a Broker/Consultant at Sunburstadvisors from January 2010 to March 2013 and as a Broker at Robert K. Futterman & Associates from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, David worked as a Chef at large for Ultimate Chef in 2013. With an educational background from The Culinary Institute of America, David has a strong foundation in Culinary Arts, Business, and Financial management, and has recently relocated to Troy, New York, eager to embrace new challenges in the culinary field.
