Russell Harper

Russell Harper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as a Business Support Manager and Group Lead for Analog & Digital Capability at MBDA since September 1997. Russell has taken on various leadership roles, including leading a multi-disciplinary design team and temporarily establishing the Production Design Support Group at MBDA's Bolton Site. Additionally, Russell has a background in martial arts, operating Russell Harper Martial Arts from September 2003 to August 2016, where expertise in Tae Kwon Do was utilized to teach students of all levels and conduct seminars on self-defense. Russell holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Aided Engineering and an HND in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
