Paulo Silva

Paulo Silva is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at McCain Foods since November 2021, Paulo has previously held significant positions at Danone from December 2005 to November 2021, including Global Aggregation Domain Leader and Senior Project Manager. Notable achievements include the successful implementation of the Biomass Project, which led to a 40% reduction in controllable costs and a 95% decrease in CO2 emissions. Paulo has also contributed to corporate engineering and maintenance management at Frigoestrela, Bertin S/A, and Nestlé, where skills in project management and operational excellence were developed.
