Sandra Burt, CFS, is a Principal Scientist at McCormick & Company, where Sandra has been employed since September 2010, leading new product innovation for McCormick and Lawry's branded Food Service products and providing support for key accounts in the Industrial Food Service sector. Prior to this role, Sandra served as a Senior Scientist and as a Sr. Food Technologist, along with a position as Quality Assurance Manager for Restaurants and Processors from April 1999 to June 2003, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and audit requirements.
