Hart Benton

Hart Benton is currently working as an Associate Attorney at McDowell Knight Roedder & Sledge, LLC. Previously, Hart has held positions such as Editor in Chief at Loyola Law Review and Law Clerk at both McDowell Knight Roedder & Sledge, LLC and McFadden, Lyon & Rouse, LLC. Hart also served as a Research Fellow at Charles B. Vail Distinguished Research Fellowship and interned at the 10th Judicial Circuit, Jefferson County, Alabama. Hart holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Philosophy from Birmingham-Southern College.
