Cali Werner

Cali Werner is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as the Director of Referral Relations at OCD Institute in Texas since April 2024 and as a Mental Health Clinician at Athlete Rising, LLC since February 2022. With experience as an OCD Clinician and Residential Counselor at the Houston OCD Program from March 2017 to February 2022, Cali began as a research assistant before advancing to a residential role. Previous roles include LMSW at The Peace of Mind Foundation, Research Coordinator/Social Work Intern at Baylor College of Medicine, and various internships in communications and brand promotion with notable organizations like KHOU-TV, the Houston Texans, and the Houston Dynamo. Cali is pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Baylor University, building upon a Master of Social Work and dual Bachelor’s degrees from Rice University.
