Massimiliano Politi

Massimiliano Politi is an experienced production and operations manager with a strong background in the medical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Coating Production Manager at Medacta International since January 2023, Massimiliano leads the surface coating department, focusing on project management, production line setup, and process development. Prior roles include Production Manager at A.CO srl, where responsibility encompassed the entire production cycle of medical washing equipment, and Incoming Goods Manager at Schindler Group, overseeing a team and ensuring quality and safety standards.
