Daran Redenbaugh

Daran Redenbaugh has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Daran is currently the Director of Design at Medalogix since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Grainger for 10 years. At Grainger, they held various roles, including Senior Manager UI/UX Design, Principal User Experience Visual Designer, and Senior Visual Designer - UX Design - Mobile. In these positions, they established design standards, led design meetings, coached teams, and created style guides for consistent design across platforms. Prior to Grainger, Daran worked as an Art Director - UX Design at Sears Holdings Corporation and as a Senior Web Designer. Daran also gained experience as an Associate Creative Director / Senior Creative at Tangible Worldwide, as an Art Director at Lakonic, as an Art Director at Tribal DDB, and as a Web Designer at Infinity Pro Sports. Daran started their career as a Web Developer at Catalyst Consulting Group, Inc. Overall, they have a strong background in leading design teams, establishing design standards, and creating engaging interactive solutions for various clients.

Daran Redenbaugh attended Purdue University from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Graphics.
