Rinimol Sebastian

Rinimol Sebastian is a Genome Analyst at MEDGENOME since August 2017, specializing in the analysis of NGS and Sanger sequencing results, including the identification and annotation of gene variants and the generation of test reports. Responsibilities also include bioinformatics assistance for single gene reporting and primer designing. Prior experience as a Bioinformatics Trainee at Agrigenom Labs Pvt Ltd involved NGS analysis and metagenomics, focusing on processing sequencing data, taxonomic classification, and statistical analysis of microbial community composition. Rinimol holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Kerala Jobs (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from Our College of Applied Sciences, Timiri (2011-2014). Education also includes completed secondary schooling at Govt. Higher Secondary School Vayakkara and Govt. High School Thirumeni.
