Devendra Arya has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2009, they worked as an Application Support at Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an Application Support Engineer at CBT Infotech Pvt Ltd, gaining experience in resolving system/application issues in a team setting. Devendra then joined Sybase Software in 2011 as a Customer Solutions Specialist, specializing in messaging gateway solutions and support. In 2016, they joined Reliance Industries Limited as a Manager, focusing on OTT media applications and infrastructure implementation. Devendra'srole at MediaKind in 2019 involved working as a Technical Specialist and later as a Specialist for Global Support, where they provided solutions and services for various global deployments of VSPP solutions in the telecommunications industry. Throughout their various roles, Devendra has developed expertise in OTT streaming, capacity planning, and technical support.

Devendra Arya obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) through training from Simplilearn. More recently, in July 2022, they earned a Certification in Advanced Cloud computing and DevOps from EICT Academy IIT Roorkee. Additionally, in October 2022, they obtained a certification in Bash from TestDome.
