Shashwath Shetty

Head Of Tier 1 Global Support at MediaKind

Shashwath Shetty began their work experience in 2002 as a Customer Assistance Officer at Standard Chartered Bank. Shashwath then worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Customer Operational Services (Bangalore) Pvt. Ltd. in 2004. From 2004 to 2011, Shetty held various managerial roles at Thomson Reuters, including CCS Manager - IRC Content and Manager Operations, where they were responsible for customer service and content customer service at the Global Centre in Bangalore. In 2012, Shetty joined IBM as a Manager of Operations. In 2013, they joined Ericsson as Head - EUS and held this position until 2019. Currently, Shetty serves as the Head of Tier 1 Global Support at MediaKind.

Shashwath Shetty obtained their EPBM degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, from 2005 to 2006. In addition, Shashwath Shetty has also obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021.
