Marcos Wandenkolk

Marcos Wandenkolk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Marcos began their career at TV Globo as a Broadcast TV Support Technician, providing technical support to production rooms and transmission facilities. Marcos also played a role in the analog to digital transformation and supported projects such as the Globocop Project.

Marcos then joined Oi S.A as a Video Platform Planning Expert, before progressing to roles such as Video Platform Operation Consultant and Video Platform Operation Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated strong knowledge of support processes and implemented organizational structures for media platforms. Marcos also upgraded IP Headend/Datacenter to support increased capacity and services.

Currently, Marcos is employed at MediaKind as a Brazil Senior Program Manager, responsible for delivering projects for Brazilian accounts. Marcos is leading a project to upgrade IPTV platforms and is involved in strategic planning, technology decision-making, and sales support.

In a previous role at MediaKind, Marcos served as a Brazil Senior Service Delivery Manager, being the main point of contact for customer assistance and support contract fulfillment. Marcos successfully led the transition of support contracts and managed customer engagement.

Throughout their career, Marcos has consistently shown expertise in media technology, support processes, and project management. Marcos has a strong track record of delivering business outcomes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Marcos Wandenkolk completed their MBA in Information Technology and Business Management at UERJ from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Centro Universitário da Cidade. Marcos also holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Seminário Teológico Batista do Sul do Brasil.
