Yogesh More

Yogesh More has a diverse work experience in software development and engineering. Yogesh started their career at D. E. Shaw as a Member Technical from July 1998 to June 1999. Yogesh then worked at ADP India Private Limited as a Project Lead from July 1999 to February 2003, where they gained experience in J2EE, Servlets, and Applets.

In February 2003, Yogesh joined Triple Point Technologies as a Senior Java Engineer for a brief period of six months. Yogesh then moved on to IBM Software Labs, India, where they worked as an Architect and Technical Lead from August 2003 to March 2007, specializing in the IBM Workplace suite of products and customer-facing roles.

From March 2007 to January 2016, Yogesh worked at ADP as an Executive Manager Product Development, focusing on managing software product development teams and implementing agile practices. Yogesh was involved in developing web-based, SaaS, and cloud-based HCM products, with expertise in Java/J2EE, Web Applications, and Spring frameworks.

Yogesh then joined Mediaocean in February 2016 as a Senior Director in Software Dev & Engineering. Yogesh was later promoted to the position of Vice President in March 2018 and then Senior Vice President in February 2020. At Mediaocean, they contributed to software development and engineering, with a focus on increasing innovation and implementing new technologies.

Yogesh More's education history includes attending Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, where they obtained a B.E. in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Abhinav Vidyalaya English Medium High School for 4th to 10th standard, and Emmanuel English School in Sangli for 1st to 3rd standard. Additionally, Yogesh obtained a certification in "Learning NoSQL Databases" from LinkedIn in November 2019.
