Ven Tijerina

Ven Tijerina, MSc., currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Medline Industries, LP, overseeing HR operations for the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies since December 2017. Previous roles include Sr. Director and Director of Human Resources at Kohler Co., where responsibilities involved enhancing HR strategies in relation to operational productivity and managing HR functions across manufacturing and distribution facilities. Ven Tijerina has also held HR leadership positions at Invacare Corporation, FCA Latam, American Standard Brands, BD, AstraZeneca, and has contributed to labor development consulting and employee relations in governmental roles. Ven Tijerina is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Development and Leadership and holds a Master's in Labor Law and HR, as well as a Bachelor's in Law and Juridical Sciences.
