Daniela Fagundes has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Daniela started their career as a Gerente de contas, diretora de arte e coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at CRIA UFMG Jr. from March 2007 to September 2008. Daniela then worked as an Estagiária at TV Globo from April 2008 to June 2010. Afterwards, they re-joined TV Globo as an Assistente de Comunicação from July 2012 to December 2012. In 2013, Daniela worked briefly as a Produtora plena at Scout Promoções e Eventos from May to July. Daniela also worked at Instituto Cultural Inhotim as an Analista de Comunicação from August 2013 to January 2016.

More recently, Daniela has been at Méliuz, where they held various roles. In 2012 to 2013, Daniela returned to the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a focus on Communication and Journalism.

Daniela also obtained additional certifications, including "Espanhol Avançado" from Escuela Mediterraneo in July 2011 and "Organização de Eventos" from Universidade Newton Paiva in November 2009.
