Kathlynn McConnell, CPTD, CPC has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Kathlynn is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Members Cooperative Credit Union, where they lead a team of 200+ members and focuses on enhancing their leadership skills and knowledge within the industry. Prior to that, they worked as a President at Lifestyle Consulting Services, where they provided life tools to individuals to help them reach their potential in both personal and professional settings. In addition, they have held positions at the University of MN Duluth as an Assistant Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development, and at the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Membership Events and Education, as well as the Director of Leadership Duluth. Overall, their work experience highlights their passion for inspiring and equipping others to succeed in various aspects of life.

Kathlynn McConnell, CPTD, CPC has a background in Community Health Education. Kathlynn attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where they pursued this field of study. In addition to their educational background, Kathlynn also holds the certification of Certified Professional in Talent Development from the ATD Certification Institute, which they obtained in May 2010.
