Agnel Sfeir

Agnel Sfeir is a distinguished academic and entrepreneur in the field of cellular and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Professor at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since March 2021, Agnel Sfeir also co-founded Repare Therapeutics in June 2017. Prior to these roles, Agnel Sfeir was an Assistant Professor at NYU Langone Medical Center from January 2012 to March 2021 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Rockefeller University from April 2006 to December 2011. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from UT Southwestern Medical Center (2001-2005) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) in Biology from the American University of Beirut (1996-2001).
