Oscar Skala

Oscar Skala started their work experience in 2015 as a Research Intern for the Assistant Treasurer, The Honourable Josh Frydenberg MP. In 2015, they also became a Project Lead for Melbourne Microfinance Initiative. In 2017, Oscar joined L.E.K. Consulting as an Associate and later became an Associate Consultant and then a Senior Associate Consultant. In 2021, they joined Sidekicker as a Strategy Manager before being promoted to Head Of Strategy and then to Head of Supply Growth. Currently, Oscar is working as the Chief Operating Officer for Memories Group Limited starting from September 2022.

Oscar Skala completed their Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Studies, as well as a History degree, at the University of Melbourne from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics & International Studies at the same university from 2016 to 2017. In June 2019, they obtained certification as a Climate Reality Leader from The Climate Reality Project.
