Saoussane Mrini, CLPM, CSM, possesses extensive experience in customer success and translation/localization services. From March 2022 to July 2024, Saoussane served as Manager of Customer Success at Phrase. Prior to that, Saoussane held various roles, including Translation and L10N Consultant at MRINI LANGUAGE SERVICES, INC. for twelve years, where strategic direction was provided for translation projects. Previous positions include Customer Success Manager at Avantpage, Client Success Director at thebigword, and Senior Business Development Manager at CSOFT International, where successful client relationships and project execution were emphasized. Saoussane's career also includes leadership roles at Future Trans and original contributions to the field of translation and localization starting from 2005. Education includes a BS in Hospitality Management from Institut Supérieur International de Tourisme, a CLPM from Localization Institute, and a Certificate of Excellence in Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida.
